A seasoned broadcast journalist, human resources professional, published author, and fast-rising real estate voice, Francis brings over a decade of cross-sector experience to everything he does. His work sits at a powerful intersection where storytelling meets strategy, and where climate consciousness meets community and property development.

With over a decade in media, Francis has covered stories that go beyond the headlines, unpacking the heartbeat of African communities, from business and governance to grassroots innovation and social change. His journalism is driven by a public interest lens: the belief that good storytelling is not just art, but a tool for accountability and transformation.
Francis is a Fellow of the AI in Journalism Program with the Centre for Journalism Innovation and Development (CJID), a recognition of his forward-thinking approach to media in the digital age. He is also a proud member of several influential media, climate, and business networks across Nigeria and the continent.

Today, Francis is channeling that same investigative depth and public interest drive into Africa’s real estate sector and climate change soace. He champions the integration of climate-conscious practices, ethical development, and profitable sustainability arguing that how Africa builds its cities over the next two decades will define the continent’s future for generations.
He currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at SET Realty and as a Director at Mavrik City Properties, two organisations at the frontier of responsible and inclusive real estate development in Nigeria. In both roles, Francis is helping shape models that prove profitability and sustainability are not opposites, but allies.
